All of our packages are designed to fit each client's special needs/circumstances. We do not produce "cookie cutter" carbon copy weddings. At A Grand Affair we personalize each wedding to match the couple's own desires and personalities. Keep in mind when calling A Grand Affair, we cannot quote a price off the top of our heads as many details must be taken into consideration along with the budget and guest lists to arrive at a precise quote. That is why we visit with our clients and learn about their ideas for their special day.
Coordination Package
This package is for the bride and groom who do not have the time nor experience to invest in producing such an event. After you have made the basic decisions, then A Grand Affair professionals will handle all the details for you. You simply have to say your "I Do's" and enjoy your day.
Full coordination of the event, including:
1) negotiation, selection, supervision of ceremony and reception sites; caterers; florists/decor; photographers/videographers; cakes; music; entertainment; transportation needs; officiant, etc.
2) supervision (up to 2 hours) of rehearsal
3) supervision of vendors and events on day of wedding (up to 8 hours)
4) production of timeline for wedding party and vendors
5) tracking of budget and payments of vendors
Additional services may be added as needed or desired, at additional fees:
-scheduling and attending more than one menu and/or cake tasting
-attending gown fittings
-obtaining services for bride/bridal party of hair,makeup,nail artists
-attending tuxedo selection/fittings
-selection of invitations, reply cards, save the date cards, etc.
-production of seating charts and place cards, menu cards
-addressing, mailing, tracking of invitations and reply cards
-selection of favors
-attendance at bridal luncheons etc. unless AGA has also planned those
-planning and supervision of rehearsal dinner
Coordination Fee: 10-15% of estimated total budget; minimum applies*
To book the date: $250.00 non-refundable fee

Direction Only Package
This package would be for the bride and groom who have taken an active part in the planning of their wedding and have negotiated all vendors and have everything in place. We would provide direction on the wedding day and allow you to sit back and enjoy your guests. A Grand Affair would then provide the following:
1) direction (up to 2 hours) of the rehearsal
2) direction of vendors and wedding day events (up to 8 hours)
Direction Fee: Flat rate based on needs of clients; minimum applies
Booking Fee: $250.00 to reserve the date, non-refundable
Note: Destination weddings/themed weddings are available and quotes based on individual basis.
Special Note: For our brides and grooms who book within 24 hours of the initial consultation, we provide free use of a limousine (up to 2 hours) on their wedding day. For those couples who book within 24 hours and make one half or more of the fee payment at that time, we will provide use of the limousine (up to 2 hours) on their wedding day, PLUS one 16 x 20 photograph (bridal or engagement) unframed, with the photographer of our choice.
Texas Tech Current Student/Faculty/Staff Special: We offer you 20% off the total fee paid for a Coordination Package or Direction Package if event is held within a 20-mile radius of Lubbock. If outside the 20 mile radius, it is a 10% discount on the fee.
